This new UI is such a disappointment that it's being pushed out in this way. Every single click feels labored, from needing to move the mouse all across the UI for doing anything, extra clicks because of hiding elements or limiting the amount of items displayed, and an extra half second delay per click that makes you feel like you are trudging through mud.
Buttons that are commonly used are squirreled away in small, unlabeled corners of the UI that are not intuitive, which is only aggravated by throwing in other buttons that you have to hover over or click to know what they do (which are not commonly needed items).
LM has been attempting to switch over to this new UI for the better part of a decade to which it's had little visible improvement to pain points. It's clear the devs are disconnected from actual management of real environments with the tools, since every tech on our team hates this new UI, not just personal preferences of some. I feel like LM knows this as well, and is hoping that customers will just suck it up and force them to provide feedback to fix their new UI, and not begin scoping competitors instead (which is a bold assumption considering they are already one of the more expensive options). Feels like for the amount we are paying per month, if you wanted feedback, you'd shower incentives to existing customers to provide feedback rather than just force a bad update through.
I sent a 10+ page document outlining all the issues I have with it over to my CSM person. She responded that at least a few or them are being worked on but so many things just seem to be changing for no good reason.
