Their scripting chops now power custom SSH-based monitoring for legacy switches, fully automated group creation from IPAM data, and smarter alert routing to reduce noise. With a 2025 goal to consolidate wide-area outages into meaningful, root-cause alerts, Kate is on a mission to work smarter, not harder—and save the team from manual overload.
