A: Yes — we’re extending automation workflows for end-to-end ServiceNow integration, including event management and asset onboarding.

Q: “How will LogicMonitor support autoscaling environments to prevent alert floods?”
A: Dynamic resource tracking and suppression logic are being built to maintain alert accuracy as resources scale in or out.

Q: “Can we expect a more flexible way to build custom visualizations or widgets?”
A: Yes, portal extensibility is part of the roadmap, enabling new widget types and custom module options.

Q: “Will there be more AI-driven assistance in creating datasources?”
A: Definitely. Edwin AI will evolve to help generate and optimize datasources based on telemetry context and intent.

A: We’ve strengthened QA processes and regression testing, with a dedicated focus on pre-deployment validation.

Q: “Can LogicMonitor restore data from a single datasource or resource?”
A: Yes, fine-grained data recovery is planned to minimize portal-level restores and reduce downtime impact.

Q: “Will LogicMonitor expand integrations beyond ServiceNow?”
A: Yes. We’re continuing to invest in connectors for FreshService, Device42, and other leading ITOM platforms.
