As mentioned in the Unveiling our Community Platform in Q2 announcement, we will be moving to a new platform! Please see below for key dates. 

Important Dates:

Platform rollout begins!  LM Community will become READ ONLY March 25 @ 4pm Central until March 26th @ 11am Central.

If you have any questions or need a assistance during that time you can email me at community@logicmonitor.com 

We can't wait for you to explore and make the most of this enhanced LM Community platform. Your feedback is invaluable as we continue to evolve and provide you with the best possible experience.  We’ll still have our Community Feedback board and I encourage you all to provide thoughts and ideas!  Below are Key Highlights that you can expect on March 26th!

  • All user info, content and forums will be migrated. 
  • Changes will include updated Navigation with 3 primary Hubs:
    • Product Solutions - a new landing page with all Product Related Forums, Groups and Blogs.
    • Customer Central - a new landing page with things related to you as a Customer and Community Member. 
    • Community Corner, Community Feedback, News & Announcements. 
  • New Design - Not featuring our adorable robots, but clean and easy to navigate! However if you love our robots, you will have the option of choosing them as your profile avatar :) 

Link will be live March 26th 11am Central!  New Community Feedback Board

On March 26th for privacy and security Customers (all non-employees) will be required to reset their Password to log in to the new Community.
