⭐Camp LogicMonitor is a 4-week self-paced program with weekly badges:
- Getting Started
- Dashboards
- LM Logs
- AIOps Adoption
⭐Weekly Campfire Chats take place on Wednesdays at 10am CT/4pm GMT, with recordings posted in the Community hub.
⭐Attendees are automatically entered into weekly raffles. Completing all four badges unlocks a LogicMonitor bucket hat and entry into the grand prize raffle.
⭐The new badge program offers updated, bite-sized learning compared to older certifications, and will lead to new certifications later this year.

Q: How can I access Camp LogicMonitor content from earlier this week?
A: The Camp LogicMonitor program is self-paced. All course content is on LM Academy, and you haven’t missed anything—only one live chat is held each week.
Q: How are the new badges different from LMCA, LMCP, and LMCI certifications?
A: The new badges are more up-to-date and focused on specific LogicMonitor product areas. Legacy certifications remain valid and recognized, but badges go deeper and will feed into new certifications being released later this year.
Q: How does a Collector Group work? If one collector goes down, will another take over?
A: Collector Groups provide resilience and auto-balancing. Assigning resources to a group distributes them automatically and allows for failover and load balancing.
Q: I’m having trouble accessing LM Academy—what’s the fix?
A: First, authenticate through your LM Portal. If issues persist, email training@logicmonitor.com for support.
