UPDATE 5/15/24. We have found there were some instances where email providers were blocking emails due to SPF. This has been updated now and should allow you to receive emails!
There’s also an exception where in that instance the email provider is forwarding emails to from a distribution group to users with a change to the original email itself and subsequently the emails are being quarantined. The best way in this scenario to locate the actual source of the problem is the EML formatted files please log a Support ticket.
