Indeed. Perhaps the first community super-user outing should be out to Hidden Falls!

OK… So My wife and I are looking to be in the Austin area sometime during the last week in March.  Visiting family in the Houston area, then over the New Orleans before heading back North.  We are driving and will have the jeep in the Austin area… probably either Saturday or Sunday March 25/26.  This wheeling trip in Marble Falls might be able to happen somewhat soonish.

Alright, i’ve got it tentatively on my calendar for Mar 25. I’ll likely be going and we can meet up if nothing else. Link.

Hi everyone,

I’m new to the LM team at my company, CBTS, based in Cincinnati, OH so I’m learning everything from the ground up and having a great time, so far. Alas! I don’t own a jeep. My husband and I love the outdoors, as well, but experience it by glamping in a tricked-out 5th wheel RV named Ruby with our two dogs, a Shih Tzu named Eva and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Bailey.

Hello everyone! My name is David Medina and I am the Head of Global Support @ LM. I have been here for about 8.5 years now, so probably have talked to quite a few of you already via Support or Pro Services calls throughout the years!

I love providing outstanding support to our customers and it has been a passion of mine to drive quality in support for the last 8+ years here. If you have any suggestions on how to improve that experience I welcome all feedback. I unfortunately don’t have a jeep either, but I got a pretty sweet action figure collection so feel free to ask me about that anytime too!

@Cole McDonald soooo many lol. I have a pretty good mix, but mostly Marvel, Resident Evil, Batman, and movie characters. Some of my favorite brands are Hasbro, NECA, McFarlane, and Mezco.

Mine all tend toward the Star Wars persuasion.  Heavily toward Darth Vader.

Howdy all, Patrick here, I am one of the US support managers. I’ve been with LogicMonitor for 4.5 years on the support team as an engineer/senior/lead and manager. Some of you may be familiar with me already!

My background is in telecommunications (wire line and outside plant maintenance), web/api development (JS/Node/Angular), and SaaS support. I recently moved out of Texas and currently work out of the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia with my wife, 8 year old, 2 cats, and father in law.

@Joe Williams How has MTG been with your kiddo? I’ve recently gotten mine into Munchkin and have given serious consideration to digging out my old decks from their decade-old unpacked moving box. @Stuart Weenig I’ll be sure to bring the cards next time I come back down to ATX. Looking forward to it!

Hi Everyone,

My name is Keith, I am a UX Designer at LogicMonitor and have been with the company for over 3 years.  I designed the Header Graph and Analysis tabs on the Alerts page and the new Topology features.  If you have comments and thoughts about those features, please feel free to reach out to me.

Also, we are always recruiting for more users to be part of our UX feedback team.  This is a group of users and companies who we meet with regularly (usually monthly) so we can test new designs, features, and just generally gather feedback about LogicMonitor.  If you are interested, just reach out to me and we will see if we can get you on the schedule.

Paul, here in my town of Buda, TX, we have an annual Dachshund race. Of course we call them Weiner Dogs. The races are hilarious as are the posters seen here - http://www.budalions.com/onlinestore/new-store2.asp

Hello Everyone,

My name is Chris Wallis and I am a Technical Training Engineer in LogicMonitor’s Customer Education team. I am based in London, UK.

I have been working at LogicMonitor for 3.5 years with the majority of that time as a Technical Support Engineer, however, my real passion is in product education; teaching a variety of training classes and content to help our customers to get the most out of the tool.

In my free time, I enjoy watching sports (I say “enjoy”, most of the time my favourite teams lose, so “dislike” is more appropriate 😩) and playing video games on my Xbox. Since 2020, I’ve also started building and collecting Lego sets.

I’m looking forward to speaking to everyone here on the community (it will also be also be great to work with everyone on our live EMEA region webinars and classes)!
