Why Another Community Change?
Summary: Daniel Blanco expressed disappointment with a recent community update, noting a lack of LogicMonitor content and logo, along with issues uploading photos and accessing the site due to a network firewall problem. Jan Garaj also reported problems such as non-functional links and search capabilities, leading to a request for bug bounties. Sky Donnell acknowledged the frustrations and is actively working on resolving reported issues, urging users to share specific problem details. Suzanne Shaw thanked users for feedback and explained the move was necessary due to platform limitations, despite initial rough edges, and assured better communication moving forward.
Wow, so so far this seems much worse than the previous community update.
Is this site ready for actual usage? I see no LM content, colors, the actual LM Logo is missing?
This looks like a 1990's high school community forum. Where is anything LM related on this 'new' site?
Bug: FYI seems I can't upload a photo to my post. The text box where you add content just blinks and does nothing after selecting image to upload.

UPDATED: Turns our this new site uses images, fonts, styles from cloudinary and our SOC policies block any sites that provid "online-storage-and-backup." Our firewalls were blocking the external requested content which caused the site to look like the above. ["No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource."]
Had to request our Network Admins to allow this site to view it properly.

Admin8 months ago@Daniel Blanco and @Jan Garaj Thanks so much for all the candid feedback — we hear you.
To be fully transparent, we weren’t thrilled about migrating either, but the limitations of the previous platform made the move unavoidable. Today is literally Day 1 on the new community, so we’re actively uncovering (and prioritizing) bugs, UI issues, and broken links as they surface.
This is very much a work in progress, and while there are clearly some rough edges right now, we’re excited about where this platform can go once things are stabilized and branded appropriately. Please bear with us during this initial phase — and keep the feedback coming. It’s genuinely helpful.
On a personal note (and a silver lining 😅): I finally have access to a functioning community inbox again. For the past ~6 months on the old platform, I wasn’t able to receive direct messages at all, so I have no idea how many went unanswered. That’s now resolved, and you can expect full visibility and much more timely responses going forward.
Thanks again for your patience — and for holding us to a high standard.

Admin8 months agoHi Daniel, thanks for being transparent as we iron out the bugs that have come up on our first day live with the updated platform. We certainly want to ensure the Community experience is even better with the update, rather than worse. I will continue working with you to resolve these issues offline!

·8 months ago · EditedOMG - where is bug bounty for "new" community, please?
old links don't work (so you find something on the Google, which point here, but it doesn't exist), e.g. https://community.logicmonitor.com/discussions/product-discussions/%F0%9F%A4%96-announcing-the-logicmonitor-mcp-server-bringing-real-time-observability-to-ai/19700/
Search doesn't work, e.g. https://community.logicmonitor.com/search/?q=MCP
"AI chat" was failing
UI issues

Admin8 months agoHi Jan, I completely understand the frustrations. Please let me know if the links are still not loading properly. I have already flagged the search function issues, and we are working on a solution. Can you share a screenshot of the AI chat and UI issues you're experiencing? Thanks for sharing these bugs - they truly help us identify the gaps and work towards fixing them as soon as possible.
