Upcoming End-of-Life (EOL) for UIv3 Resources (Including UIv3 Services): August 31, 2026

LogicMonitor will soon be deprecating the legacy UIv3 Resources pages ( Including UIv3 Services ). Effective August 31, 2026 , UIv3 Resources & Services will no longer be accessible within the LogicMonitor platform. Customers will continue accessing all Resources & Services functionality through UIv4 Resources & UIv4 Services . What is changing? The legacy UIv3 Resources pages (which includes UIv3 Services) will be retired on August 31, 2026. Customers will continue using UIv4 Resources and UIv4 Services , which already provides equivalent functionality, with no migration effort required. Aside from minor visual and styling differences, the functionality and capabilities remain consistent between UIv3 and UIv4 Resources and Services. In UIv4, Services has been moved from previously being accessed from within Resources, to now being available as a standalone icon in the left navigation menu. Why is LogicMonitor making this change? Transitioning fully from UIv3 Resources & Services to UIv4 allows customers to benefit from: A more modernized and streamlined Resources experience Improved consistency and usability across the LogicMonitor platform Continued enhancements and future innovation within a single UI experience Timing Initial customer notification to current users: June 1, 2026 Official End-of-Life (EOL) for UIv3 Resources (Including UIv3 Services): August 31, 2026 What should customers do next? Customers currently using UIv3 Resources or Services are encouraged to begin familiarizing themselves with UIv4 Resources and Services ahead of the deprecation date. LogicMonitor will continue supporting customers throughout this transition by: Monitoring and addressing any remaining parity gaps Providing updated documentation and FAQs Offering ongoing customer support and enablement resources Questions? Add option to disable auto-expand of item in tree when clicked

Please add a GUI settings based on user profile that would allow me to disable the auto-expanding of and object in the Resources tree when I click on it Currently any item in the navigation tree when you click on it auto opens and expands to show all its sub items. Why? The tree should just expand if I click on the > next to the items name. Why do you automatically show everything under the resource. If there's 20+ items I have to then scroll down past this to get to the next item. Why are you using different behavior in your GUI? Asking for a setting that controls this so I can disable this behavior.

Info and Overview resource tabs

I’d like to know what is planned to make the overview and info tabs for resources easier to use/more useful. My experience with the info tab is that there is just too much information on it for my day to day tasks. It’s all useful to have, but the details I need most are spread out through a very long list and I honestly don’t remember what the property names of them are most of the time. Is there something in the works to make this easier? If I could pin which properties are most important to me to the top of the screen, that’d be helpful. Being able to put them in a table on the overview tab would also be very helpful. Right now, I’m not really using the overview tab much since I can’t put what would be useful on it. To me these seem like they should be device level dashboards. Are there any plans to add more functionality to this tab? I’d need more tabular data instead of just graphs (important details from the info tab, instance level info from various datasources, etc.)

New Alert Threshold Options In Portal 200

We were reading through the new alert threshold options coming up and we are very excited. This will solve a ton of our problems and allow us to be more agile for our clients. Being able to control alert interval at various levels now and controlling no data is awesome! 1 issue tho. The continued bad design around UI v4.I use 4k monitors at 100%. Why in the world is the threshold adjustment so tiny and hard to work with? Now truthfully I don’t always go around maximizing my browser windows, but still. This feels like so much wasted space.

Participants needed for UX and Product research

I am a UX Designer currently conducting research on the user experience of LogicMonitor in order to help the Product and the Design teams better prioritize improvements and product direction. I was hoping that some of you might be interested in participating in my research. I am interested in talking to anyone who interacts with LogicMonitor, from users who only occasionally use LogicMonitor to those who spend most of their day in the product. This is a quick, 30 minute interview, at your convenience, over Zoom. I will ask you questions about the way you work, your usage of LogicMonitor, and your impressions of the product. You will also have a chance to call out any additional problems or needs with LogicMonitor. None of the questions are about personal or private topics. This is not a Marketing or NPS survey, its purpose is entirely for product planning and a ny data collected will be kept confidential and stripped of identifying information. New "Logs Tab" on each Device

Hello all, In the new UI I found the tag "Logs" for each monitored device. But there is nothing visible in this log.

What is being logged here? It would be very interesting to see all actions on this device (enable/disable data points, edit thresholds, etc). Thanks in advance for a short feedback.
