Hi,I've seen a lot of things around Edwin lately. I'm wondering who has started using it in their production environments and how well it has worked for you.I like the theory of combining alerts and things but am just curious about how well it really works in complex environments. This like:Is the correlation stuff working well and do you find it helpful in reducing tickets?Does it correlate things it shouldn't?Does it not correlate things it should?How well does it integrate with your ticketing system compared to how LM works?We've been using LM for ages and have fine tuned it over the years. I'm wondering if adding Edwin would be like starting over and take years to get it dialed in since it tries to do much more complex things than LM does alone.Thanks.
