Searching on Community Site
Little embarrassed to ask this, but what is the best way to search for posts on this site? I used the search field in the top left of the page and didn't find anything related to the search term "Website". Either search is broke or I don't know how to search.
Thanks!

·5 months agoI miss being able to scroll through a long lists of posts on the community site to find new posts that interest me. Having only 3 or 4 and paging through them, or know what I am searching for defeats my purpose for a community page. I like seeing something that I wasn't expecting and sparking an idea, or realize that something I am dealing with, which I thought may have been my mistake, is actually a bigger issue that others are dealing with.

·5 months agoI have the same feeling about UX here (this is not Discourse unfortunately). I hacked it partially: I don't watch root of community, but only /feed - still paging, but at least less marketing scrolling - https://community.logicmonitor.com/feed/

Admin6 months agoHi Robert, you should be able to use the search icon to search through the entire community. Can you share a screenshot of what you see when searching for websites?

·6 months agoI am having the same issue. The search bar in the top left only lets me search for Events, Members, or Chapters. I cannot search for forum posts.
In the old community page, the search bar used to show posts that matched in the short description or body of the post.

Admin6 months agoThank you and @Curtis V for flagging that this is still an issue. I have an open support ticket to fix this and will update in this thread once it has been resolved.
