Removing LM Marketing from the dashboard
With the addition of the "Edwin AI" tab in the dashboard, we now have 3 items (Cost Optimization, Logs, Edwin AI) that fill up the dashboard. Can we get the ability to remove/hide these? We do not use them and do not plan to.

·3 months agoYou can remove these while Editing the Role for those users.
Settings > User Access > Users & Roles
Roles , click on group, then click gear icon on the role group then uncheck accordingly:
Uncheck the "VIEW" and it won't be shown.

·3 months agoI've been asking about this since it showed up and was told by our CSM that removal "isn't going to happen". After continuing to push the issue, they then said each user can individually open it and click "remove from portal", presenting it as if that's an acceptable solution.
I thought surely someone from LM would have weighed in on this topic by now...

·5 months agoThere should be a global setting for this, but unfortunately it looks like this is set individually per-user. Go to Settings > User Access > Users and Roles > [gear icon for individual user] > Permissions. From there you can enable the pages that appear for that user.
Small warning: when I did this for myself, I got a generic email from LogicMonitor saying that my permissions had been removed (no indication to which permissions were removed). If you do this for all your users, you might get some people reaching out with questions about why their permissions were removed.

OP5 months agoThank you,
It looks like the only marketing page you can remove is the "Logs". The "Cost Optimization" and "Edwin AI" are not an option

·6 months agoTalk to your CSM, they can remove. I had cost optimisation removed (but somehow its back....)

OP5 months agoWe sent an email and asked for that. The response was to remove permissions (could not find those permissions). Or change the order on the main screen. You can reorder everything but cost optimization.
Followed up with a reply back to the CSM to also remove the "Log Tracked Queries". And inform them of the findings. No response back, as usual.
