Mismatch in Account Information data in uiv3 and uiv4 pages
I found the difference between account information data in uiv3 and uiv4 versions in Logicmonitor. Is there any issue behind this?

OP1 year agoCloud resources monitoring with collector are excluded in this count. These are the count discovered from CloudWatch and not monitoring with collector.

·1 year agoCurious, the only thing I can see that would align with that is do you have approximately 30 cloud devices being monitored by a collector as well?

OP1 year agoI found difference with devicetype "0" count. In uiv3 it is showing like 5527 and in uiv4 it is like 5505 at same time period.

·1 year agoI am curious which datapoint you are seeing a difference in?
I wonder if v3 and v4 are hitting a slightly different metric api endpoint and v4 is doing a cached "daily average" style calculation vs v3 which is pull a straight number or something.
