LogicMonitor lmsupport user
It should be possible to create a UserGroup and put the lmsupport user into it. It should also be possible to change the lmsupport user's Role(s).
This is currently not possible in the new UI, as a phone number is required.

·1 year agolmsupport is needed during issues, but not 24/7. Also, organizing it into a user group does not disable it.
