Logic Monitor App - Upgrades?
Are there any plans to improve the LogicMonitor App? Or when using LogicMonitor from a cellphone Browser, making it easier to navigate? As currently it's too easy to mistakenly drag and drop just by navigating resources as an example.

Ted here from the LM Product Team. We are looking to make some improvements to mobile. A lot of the mobile use case we see is what I'd call an "alert triage" workflow where a NOC is responding to alerts, either coming to them in email or a communication integration like MS Teams or Slack.
Generally trying to better understand folks use cases around mobile. What makes sense so far is folks either get pinged/paged off-hours or on a commute and need to take a closer look at a specific resource.
If anyone is able to share more about what specifically they would like to do on the mobile app, this would be super helpful!

Generally speaking, it would be nice to have mobile access to the groups and the graphs for resources that are not in an alert state. Below are a few specific use cases that have happened to me recently. For context, we're a small IT team, so I'm always on call, but I can't have my computer near me 24/7 obviously.
1. I saw an alert come in (through SMS) for one node in a two-node cluster. I was pretty confident that the second node would pick up the traffic just fine because there were no alerts for that node, but I wanted to check various graphs/metrics on the second node to get that warm and fuzzy feeling.
2. I was called on a weekend by some users who were complaining about slowness and errors on a particular server/application. They were convinced the server urgently needed more memory, but before racing home to do that, I wanted to check and send them a screenshot of the memory usage on the server over the last several hours. (It ended up not being the memory of course.)
3. I got a barrage of alerts over text/email. As I scanned through them on my phone, I felt pretty confident that they were all for dev, so I didn't need to rush home and fix stuff. But since there were so many, I wasn't 100% sure they were all dev. It would've been nice to just glance at my prod group and make sure there were no alerts listed there.
4. Someone messaged me after hours saying they needed to do some emergency work on a group of devices that would trigger a lot of alerts. This user wasn't familiar enough with LM to put that group in SDT, so they asked me to do it. It would've been nice if I could've done that easily from mobile.
Unfortunately, with all these alerts, I either ended up (a) rushing home to check my computer or (b) trying to navigate LM's mobile-UNfriendly website to accomplish what I wanted.
edit: as a side note, I wonder if this question would get more engagement as it's own community post?
