How to reset an alert?

Hello,

I have a machine A with an Alert A. The Group B by mistake acknowledged the alert or the machine is a Member of the Group B membership. I would like to reset the Alert, change the Group Membership to Group A so the Group A will receive the Alert A for the Machine A.

You should be able to reset the ACK by disabling alerts on the datapoint and then re-enabling.
