How long do you sit on hold waiting for Chat support?

Hi,

When I use the Chat support, I sometimes sit on hold for over 2 Hours waiting for someone to respond. I'm wondering if it's just me or if others have insanely long wait times. It's so bad I've started tracking my wait times. My average is over an hour.

Is it just me?

Hi Kelemvor.

Our support teams understand how long wait times for live chat support can be frustrating. To help reduce these wait times, the support team has recently expanded. Hopefully, this will decrease the amount of time you spend on hold in the future.
