How long do you sit on hold waiting for Chat support? | Product Discussions

Hi,When I use the Chat support, I sometimes sit on hold for over 2 Hours waiting for someone to respond. I'm wondering if it's just me or if others have insanely long wait times. It's so bad I've started tracking my wait times. My average is over an hour.Is it just me?Thanks.
