Collector keeps going down

Hi,

We have 1 environment where the Collector keeps going down. Every time I run the diagnose tool it reports this:

So I uninstall and re-install the Collector and all is when again. Only some time later this comes back.

The account is:

a local admin on the collector VM (which I Windows-based)
not set for password expiry

We have other environments (we're an MSP) that don't have this issue.

Any ideas?

Sounds like something support should be able to help with. No AV or other "security" agents that might be messing with the config file periodically?
