Can LM Config Monitor and Alert on Palo Firewall Rules Changes ?

Hi !

My customer wants to be able to generate a weekly report on any changes made in the rules of their Palo Alto firewalls (hundreds) whether this is done as part of a template push or a one-off.

Is this something that LM Config can provide ?

If your question is “can I report the actual changes from LM automatically with UI options?” then as far as I know, the answer is still no. You can fetch the data via the API and report however you like. We regularly check changes into a local git repo with email integration for change reporting.
