This is so annoying. I start a chat and get put into queue. I work on other things because I can't just sit there and stare at the chat window for 30 minutes. At some point, someone comes into chat, I don't respond, so they leave. Then I get to start the whole process all over.Before the "upgrade" the chat would 1) Tell me my position in the queue so I could tell when it would be my turned, and 2) It would Ding when someone chatted so I knew to flip back over if my browser was behind other things.This is so frustrating. Am I the only one that gets bit by this all the time?
