A little prep work: Use Case Exchange
Nobody loves homework, and I tend to believe that the only thing worse than homework is pre-work. That being said, reality is sometimes a little extra prep will improve your experience, so here is the ask:
Bring your best use case!
We have dedicated time to share and review use cases amongst the group. The goal is to learn from your peers, look for opportunities to increase business impact, and help craft your message on process and results to the right stakeholders.
For the first session, come prepared to share one of your best or favorite use cases. We have a standard template with helpful instructions here: TEMPLATE: LM Training | LIVE - Use Case
Save a copy and fill out the fields, then you can print and bring with you, email to me, or drop in the use case folder
