Welcome to the Next Era of Observability: Catchpoint + LogicMonitor
We’re entering a new chapter, and it’s a big one.
With Catchpoint joining the LogicMonitor family, we’re taking a major step toward the future of Internet-centric observability. This isn’t just an acquisition, it’s a leap forward. 🌠
Check out the official press release here.
Why? Because today’s IT environments depend on a complex web of external services—DNS, BGP, APIs, CDNs—and most tools stop at the edge. Catchpoint doesn’t. Catchpoint gives you unprecedented visibility into how the internet itself is impacting your users, your apps, and your business outcomes.
What changes today? Nothing.
Your current LogicMonitor services, support, pricing, and contracts remain exactly the same. Your APIs, SLAs, escalation paths, and renewals? Also unchanged.
What changes tomorrow? Everything.
Catchpoint technology brings the industry’s most advanced Internet Performance Monitoring into your platform. That means more powerful insights, broader coverage, and smarter visibility into the places legacy monitoring can’t reach. Your investment in LogicMonitor just got more valuable—and more future-ready.

·10 months agoThe news is exciting! But you may be thinking what is Catchpoint? and what is Internet Performance Monitoring (IPM)?
IPM is like APM but not for an application stack, for the Internet Stack. It gives you visibility into real-world user experience across thousands of global vantage points, tracking how DNS, SSL, BGP, CDNs, WANs, APIs, etc. behave so you can pinpoint and prove where performance breaks down, inside or outside your network.
