I wasn't able to properly attend the first week on the 27th due to work and time zones. i remember you saying that the recording for the camp would be available in 24hrs? Did this happen and is there a link available somewhere?

Today, I found out about the camp while browsing and registered for it, received a RSVP email but it mentions nothing about further steps and provides a QR code (for an event I presume). May I know what are the next steps to participate as I have just registered, after August 18, 2025.

Admin1 year agoThanks, Cole_McDonald! And really appreciate your feedback, we are making a few updates to the agenda to our Campfire Chats based on your recommendations, and extend to an hour--we will just do the raffle a little earlier on in case people need to drop.
avjrooban You'll get an email Monday morning with instructions for next week, but the "assignments" are just complete a badge each week in the LM Academy, and we have Campfire Chats each Wednesday! Everyone will get the Zoom invites, so watch for that, and anyone who joins is eligible for a cool Camp prize, and we randomly select from attendees on the call.

·1 year agoThanks SuzanneShaw for the response, looking forward for the zoom invites, it seems for the LM Academy portion, I am not able to register as a single user. I see the option of customer portal / Partners and MSPs. I registered for the camp event using my gmail due to personal interest, not sure how that applies here.

If you have already completed some of the badges for camp, you do not have to repeat them! Feel free to participate in the Campfire Chat on Wednesday and the discussion prompts in the Camp LogicMonitor Hub.

·1 year agoI am in a same boat. The first course is "Getting Started with LM Envision", but on the LM training courses, the name doesnt exactly match. Even when I click on Getting Started, it dosnt accept my credential.

AdminOP1 year agoHi Nafiseh! The first week's badge is the Getting Started badge. You can access the course by first signing into your LM portal, navigating to the top right section where your profile is, and selecting "Training" from the dropdown menu. From there, you will be redirected to LM Academy. Select Badges and Certifications and the Getting Started badge will be featured on that page.

·1 year agogotcha, that would had been nice to email everybody, we are all confused as to what we are supposed to do, I figured a weekly email with the courses we needed to take or at least showing us where to go would be given.

·1 year agoAcademy for Partners still won't let me log in either. I tried resetting my password last week, but it wouldn't send the email to me.

·1 year agoI'm in ... Had to go to our portal, then pull the profile info (upper right corner) down to "Training" to get the opportunity to create a new account there.
The Partner portal login still doesn't work for me. Haven't checked my account to make sure my previous certs are applied to that account yet.

AdminOP1 year agoGood morning! The way camp works is that each week is assigned a specific topic area with a badge associated with it. You can take the badge at your own pace and participate in the weekly discussion prompts in Community and/or join the live campfire chats every Wednesday at 10am CT.
