Module Raw Data
How can I get more 'Raw Data' out of LM? When I go to a graph to get the data it uses I can see the Raw Data for the time interval specified. But it only goes back for 500 records; which for data every 4 mins is less than a day and a half....I need a month. How can I extend it?

·1 year agoI've used the RestAPI in the past... I have a thread here somewhere, let me see if I can find that. Not sure it has all the solution I came up with, but may have enough to figure it out.

·1 year agoHmm, I'm not sure then within the portal itself, unless someone else knows another trick. I suspect you will need to try to pull the data via the LM API... although checking now it doesn't seem that the rawData API is documented. You may need to reach out to LM support.

OP1 year agoI see what you're saying. However, the interval data in the table is every 45 mins. My client wants the interval to be 3-4 mins.

·1 year agoYou can use the Graph tab (or create a graph on a dashboard) that contains the data you want. View the graph full screen (square icon) and change the range to what you would like. It will show a table of the data under the graph. You can also click on the download icon to get a CSV of the data.
