Warn sooner if applies to expression is longer than 1024
Creating Dynamic Groups in UIv4, if the expression is longer than 1024 characters, clicking the test button will pass and show devices, but the character limit warning will only appear after you hit save and the "create group" page has closed.
The warning appears briefly at the bottom of the main page after the "create group" page has disappeared, it does not give you a chance to rectify the issue while creating the dynamic group. This means you have to re-enter the name, description and properties again, click save again, and hope the new "applies to" is less than 1024, otherwise you get to do it all over again.
