Many times our users & admins just want an exportable list of devices/resources for a property value defined with specific contents and not all devices with that property defined. I'd like to propose an enhancement to the report (or perhaps another report type) to allow us to use regex to match what is stored in the Value field for the named property. Today our workaround requires us to use CSV files and filtering data in an external spreadsheet application or parsing the output with a script. That's not always beneficial for us and not all users are savvy enough to use API queries and scripts to get what they want. I can't imagine the processing required to output all entries with a specific property set takes much more overhead than a query for specific property contents. Thanks for your consideration.
