Reduce Alert False Positives by leveraging additional collectors.
We often see a slew of false positive alerts that are generated because the LM Collector is having some sort of issue; it's still able to connect to the LM Cloud so it's not marked "offline". However; maybe CPU/Memory are spiked and so it's polling begins to stuffer/fail. When the LM Cloud marks a device "host status" down or "ping" could we have the backup collector first attempt to poll before triggering the alert. If the backup collector is able to poll it could continue to monitor as normal; eliminating a slew of false positive alerts.
