Please fix how adding Tags works (or doesn't) in these forums
Summary: Kel L expressed frustration with the tagging system in the forums, where they are unable to type in tags and must scroll through a long and disorganized list. Additionally, they initially had trouble posting screenshots, which seemed to resolve itself later. Sky Donnell acknowledged the tagging issue and mentioned working on improvements, and they confirmed that screenshots should be possible in the post editor. Kel L later confirmed that screenshots were working again without further issues.
I should be able to click the Tag button and type in the tag I want. Instead I'm just presented with a massive list, in seemingly random order, and there's no way to find the right tag without scrolling though pages and pages of things.
This is horrible.
And apparently we also can't post screenshots in a post either?
I guess just imagine a screenshot showing a huge list of random words that goes well off the page and many pages after that...

I agree that this is a pain point. I am actively working with the platform to fix the tagging system. You should be able to post a screenshot on a post. Do you not have the option of a small image inside of your editor like this?

OP5 months agoScresnshots seem to be working today. Don't know why it wasn't working yesterday

Admin5 months agoHappy that screenshots are working for you now. That was one feature I was adamant on enabling for this very reason.
On the tagging side, once I have any updates, I will post them directly in this thread!
