Please fix how adding Tags works (or doesn't) in these forums | Feature Requests

I should be able to click the Tag button and type in the tag I want. Instead I'm just presented with a massive list, in seemingly random order, and there's no way to find the right tag without scrolling though pages and pages of things.This is horrible.And apparently we also can't post screenshots in a post either?I guess just imagine a screenshot showing a huge list of random words that goes well off the page and many pages after that...
