·2 months agoI agree, and would ask that this information be available elsewhere in the UI. We currently have a request from our NOC for 'moving' alerts between different panes on their dashboard based on what stage their workflow's manual escalation chain is at. Today we can only do very basic sorting with the Acknowledge flag. By having the stage number available, we could grant them the ability to move an alert from, say, an unhandled pane to an in-progress pane, and ultimately to a holding pane where the issue has been ticketed and is waiting for resolution.
Also, on the topic of exposing more information about escalations, we recently had a very basic query from our Operations team asking who escalated an alert. This isn't available anywhere, and Support can only give the IP address of who performed the action. This didn't help us at all because web proxies randomize/consolidate users and their addresses. Please add this as a token on an alert, and as something that can be selected in a report/added in a table. Thank you!
