Unable to login to get support
Summary: Samuel Dausch is experiencing issues accessing a support portal for LogicMonitor. Despite attempts to log in, register, or reset the password, access remains unsuccessful. They need to contact support for a separate issue but are unable to log into their account.
Good afternoon,
I am unsure of the cause but when using logic monitor and following the link to contact support I am sent to the support.logicmonitor.com site.
It asks me to login, I attempt to login, it fails. I attempt to register, it fails.
I attempt to reset password and an email is never received.
I need to get in contact with support for a separate issue but cannot seem to get logged into my account.

Admin1 week agoHi @Samuel Dausch were you able to log into your portal? If not, I'll let your Customer Success Manager know to get a reset done internally.
