@Cole McDonald @Stuart Weenig I am totally with you, I hate having to go to Support with any brand, so I do all me research and exhaust my options, before I resort to chat! Sadly though the reality is that we are often the minority when it comes to support, in my experience with building support bots, they are typically built for the 80% of the people who do NOT do research 😟

Oh man. If i end up talking to AI in the support chat, i’ll be both happy and sad. Happy that i’ll finally not have to wait in the queue. Sad that i’ll be dealing with impotence.
I don’t ask chat questions I haven’t already searched docs for… many of them end up being escalated to engineers or the other support staff online through back channel chats… I wouldn’t find value in having a bot answer that chat. I’d most likely stop using it and start just making tickets directly… which would reduce my satisfaction with LM as a platform.
This would definitely degrade the user experience. The live human chat support is one of the huge selling points for me.

I’m a little confused.
Are we just talking about graphics? If so, I don’t care.
If we are talking about the automation of tasks (like RPA). I care a lot more.
Yeah, instead of spending time on graphics, how about you fix at least one bug so i don’t have to have 12 open support cases waiting on back end devs?

Do we need patrol robots to protect the Centers of Energy?

I'm not a person who is incentivized by gamification in most cases. So from my perspective, I don’t get the appeal of it, although I don’t begrudge it for those who like it. I voted that I don’t care either way as a result.

What about bring back the older gen 1 robots? New ones can stay of course
Or get newer gen 2 styles for all gen 1 robots 🤖
