Prompt: Hi everyone! If you've completed all four badges in the Camp LogicMonitor program, you’re probably excited to move on to your LogicMonitor Certification exam. However, I’ve noticed that some participants, myself included, are not seeing the complimentary exam attempt reflected in our accounts—a $199 fee is still showing. Has anyone else experienced this issue? What steps did you take to resolve it, and did reaching out to your Customer Success Manager help?
