View Text of Alerts with inherited SDTs.

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

Currently, if a team mate sets an SDT on a Group, then performs maintenance on it, we still see the alerts in the alert view with the SDT Status.

But we can't see any of the details for followup - like the Notes, or Who SDT'd it.

I would like to see these details in the Alerts view.
