Apologies for the delayed response - I've had some limited success (in the last couple weeks) with exporting Netflow data from a Meraki MX65 to the latest version of our collector. I don't know that we are 'officially' supporting, but I would encourage you to give it a shot and report back.
We made some substantial enhancements to Netflow (in the UI as well as the backend) in our v.99 release.
