Our organization has multiple teams that have been broken down in our recipient groups. One group in particular, our NOC, is included on about 250 various escalation chains. While we're able to filter by Escalation Chain, Group and, a couple other items that could be useful for us, getting a dashboard for alerts that go to that recipient group just isn't feasible due to the fact that each of those escalation chains or groups need to be added manually and then would need to be updated manually if the team was added to another escalation chain - they could be missing out on important data if they aren't notified of the change and miss out on adding the additional chain. - For LM staff, I originally asked about this functionality in ticket 85602 and advised it wasn't available.
