Greater granularity in the Manager role
It would be great if we could achieve greater granularity than "Manager" between the ackonly and Administrator roles. For instance, one of our most common change control cases is for adjusting settings that change if and when an alert occurs. We would like to lock this down tighter, because it is our most common change case, while leaving other capabilities like deploying collectors and adding devices more open. Removing devices might be another case for greater control.

I don't see how I would create a role where the members can Add devices, but not Delete a device?

·9 years agoNote that LogicMonitor's RBAC system allows for the definition of any role you'd like with fine-grained detail. Feel free to create any role as appropriate for your environment.
