Company Field for alerting
Hello,
Our company monitors several companies and so far it is not a problem to distinguish which company is which based upon the naming structure of the devices being monitored. However as we expand, the alerting board becomes more clustered and it becomes harder to distinguish which company is having the issues. I was wondering if it is possible to add another field to say which company is having the issue, or even allow a small .jpeg file to show an image of the company logo and that way we have a quick birds eye view of which company is having trouble.

OP10 years agoSo we use both a parent group as well as a custom property used for connectwise integration.

·10 years agoHow do you currently store company information? Do you typically reference the parent group, or do you also have it as a custom property?
