citrix xen troubleshooter
Thank you for your time reading this -- I have what feels like a newbie question. I am following the article here: https://www.logicmonitor.com/support/monitoring/os-virtualization/citrix-xenapp-xendesktop-monitoring/
I have given the appropriate permissions. I have set the xen.user and xen.pass on a citrix device group folder, the below ddc folder created, and even directly on the node. I am still getting a warning these values arent set and i am unable to connect/get data. thoughts?

OP7 years agoclassic case of RTFM. -- the xenapp.user and xenapp.pass variables need to be set. a little confusing since they dont populate when you start typing like the rest!
