allow multiple http proxies in config

We believe we will soon move to a proxy architecture and allow only a few machines to reach out to the internet. For HA, I would like to request that "proxy.host=ip" be allowed to accept more than one proxy. The logic is that it should try first and if http connection is rejected then go on to the second one.

It would be stupid for us to rely on one proxy as it is a single point of failure for all collectors in that datacenter.
