Allow a time zone property for each customer so that reports and alerts are in their local time
We have customers spanning 4 time zones. We would liek to be able to associate a timezone with each customer so that their reports and alerts are in their local time zone.

·11 years agoTotally agree, allowing the alerting to show the customers local time really dovetails into the MSP idea. We serve customers nationwide, and while the alerting is great for us, its not so cool for them. There are many customers who themselves may have hosts in a different time zone. As a result, I would think that the time zone attribute would be tied to the LogicMonitor user, and not the host.
