Add "Member of these Groups" section to the Info tab for Cloud Devices

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

We use LM Cloud with multiple AWS accounts and dump the instances/devices into a common folder where no meaningful alert rule is applied. We use Dynamic Groups sort the discovered instances into appropriate buckets. Cloud Devices don't render a "Member of these Groups" section on their info tab, unlike Standard Devices. Having this would help my team understand why any particular alert rule is being triggered.

This improvement is included with v99, which should be completely rolled out by the end of the week.
