AI Heroes Week 9: Practice Makes Progress No session to join; our team will reach out to youAfter eight weeks of learning, discussion, and exploration, Week 9 is all about putting theory into practice. Rather than hosting another live session, we’re giving participants the space to apply what they’ve learned. For our Edwin AI cohort:Participants already using Edwin AI portals now have access to the new AI Agents trial. This week, they’re encouraged to experiment, test real-world use cases, and explore the tool’s capabilities. In next week’s finale (Week 10), we’ll gather feedback — what worked, what didn’t, and what they discovered along the way. For our AIOps cohort:Those not yet ready for an Edwin AI portal will work directly with their Customer Success Managers over the next two weeks. Together, they’ll focus on optimising existing portals, driving adoption of key features, and identifying opportunities for improvement.Additionally, CSMs will be bringing Adam Jacobs into customer conversations to continue the dialogue on business outcomes and metrics, ensuring every AI initiative ties back to tangible results.
