We’ve hit an exciting point in our AI Heroes journey — where ideas have become action.
Last week, we saw customers take major steps forward on their AI and AIOps paths. Based on where each organisation is in their journey, we split into focused tracks:
Edwin AI Cohort ; Customers ready to activate Edwin AI joined Cal and Sam to get their portals up and running, exploring how AI-driven insights can accelerate efficiency and decision-making.
AIOps Cohort ; For those still building data foundations or running ongoing POVs, the focus was on strengthening AIOps maturity — using existing LogicMonitor capabilities to lay the groundwork for autonomous IT.
Strategist Track ; Led by Adam Jacobs, this session brought together business and technical leaders to link operational metrics to business outcomes. A highlight was a brilliant live discussion between Kris (Syngenta) and Nav (Adecco) on real-world AI adoption- an open, practical conversation that’s a great reference point for others.
TCB also delivered a powerful Service-Led Observability session featuring Dynamic Service Insights, showing how AI can help uncover dependencies, context, and opportunities for automation across environments.
With 24 participants and three active learning streams, Week 4 proved one thing: the AI Heroes community is driving real change.
What’s Next
Next week, we continue the AIOps focus with Chris Klein, Stu Ainsworth, and Daniel Deja leading Unlocking the Power of Logs for AI, while our Edwin AI group continues enablement.
And in Week 6, we’ll be hosting a live event and dinner to bring all of our AI Heroes together — sharing outcomes, lessons learned, and what’s next on the journey to autonomous IT.
