Event Recap

The Denver LogicMonitor User Group meeting focused on “Observability and Your Audience: A Tale of Tailored Views,” highlighting how different stakeholders consume and use observability data, alongside an overview of Trace3’s services and capabilities as a LogicMonitor partner, presented by Steve Parker.

Attendees from Aurora Public Schools, E470, LogicMonitor, and Trace3 discussed practical topics such as dashboard sharing, alerting on data versus no data, and using resource group context to improve visibility, with strong feedback requesting deeper, more technical content in future sessions. Carl from LogicMonitor encouraged open product feedback, offered to share documentation and future feature presentations, and noted LogicMonitor’s recent acquisition of Catchpoint to enhance global internet and API performance visibility.

The group agreed that quarterly meetings (with May as a target), hybrid attendance options, and encouraging broader participation would be valuable, with general enthusiasm to continue and expand the user group.
