Cannot edit resource properties

I don't see how to edit properties on a resource.  I can create new properties and I can delete existing properties, but I can change the value of an existing property.

I would have expected there to be an edit button here

    I tried scrolling right in the Properties table, nothing there.

    Ah yeah, that's it Mike... it's working fine on non-cloud resources, but no edit buttons on cloud resources.

    I can replicate this issue too on cloud devices with UIv4. Looks ok with non-cloud devices though.

    Scroll bars within scroll bars.

    Scroll right within the properties table.
