Customer Story: 

Avit is a managed service provider based in the Netherlands, focusing on networking, collaboration, cybersecurity, and hybrid cloud solutions.

Challenge

Having inherited their existing monitoring tools through acquisition, Avit’s key goal for 2022 was to develop a new service consolidated toolset to deliver an improved customer experience, as previously they struggled with incidents due to resource constraints.

Solution 

Avit selected LogicMonitor as their core observability platform and after successfully onboarding, ran internal training sessions across the org to ensure all key personnel were able to efficiently utilize the platform and deliver improved customer experience right at launch.
