MVP Program – Frequently Asked Questions

What is the LogicMonitor MVP Program?

The MVP Program is a recognition and engagement initiative that highlights LogicMonitor’s most passionate and impactful users — those who share expertise, advocate for the platform, contribute to the community, and help shape the future of observability and AI Ops.

Who should apply?

We’re looking for:

  • Platform leads and technical directors
  • Operations and infrastructure leaders
  • Community mentors and knowledge sharers
  • Champions of observability, automation, and platform thinking

What is the time commitment?
We will have one 45-min meeting a month, and that will always have a product leader with technical. insights, and then an SLT/ELT business leader to provide a more intimate access to our organization and updates.   I typically say the commitment is no more than 1-2 hours a month, but some months that may be just the meeting, and we understand things come up.

What are the benefits of being an MVP?
MVPs gain:
  • VIP recognition on LM platforms
  • Exclusive swag and event invites
  • Early access to product features and beta programs
  • Direct engagement with LM Product, SLT, and ELT
  • Career-boosting opportunities (speaking, content, advisory boards)
  • Private MVP-only community and networking
What will I be expected to do as an MVP?

MVPs contribute by:
  • Sharing expertise in public or community forums
  • Speaking at events or webinars
  • Contributing to blog posts or sharing customer stories
  • Providing feedback in beta programs and roadmap sessions
  • Mentoring other users and helping grow the LM community
How long does MVP status last?

MVP status is awarded for one year, with opportunities for renewal based on continued engagement and impact.

Is there a nomination process?

Yes. Candidates can be nominated by LogicMonitor teams, other community members, or self-nominate through an application form.

How are MVPs selected?

A review panel from across LogicMonitor will evaluate candidates based on impact, activity, advocacy, and alignment with program values.

What if I’m not selected this time?

Even if you’re not selected now, we’ll share ways to stay involved and grow your influence — and you’re welcome to reapply in future cycles.

Can partners or MSPs apply?

Yes! We welcome applications from partners, consultants, and service providers who meet the engagement and advocacy criteria
